Professor Evelyn Welch, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Bristol, delivered a keynote address titled “The Africa Charter for Transformative Research Partnerships: A new approach to research relationships” at the ARUA 2023 Biennial International Conference 2023 “Reimagining the Future of Higher Education in Africa“, held 15-17 November 2023 at the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
Professor Welch addressed experts from universities, research institutions, government, industry, civil society and other organisations at the University of Lagos, Nigeria, as they came together to reimagine the future of African higher education.
